Step 1: Report And Your Number

Step 2: Prepare Your Requirements

The attendant available in the smart store will ask you to provide some important details and documents. Therefore, prepare all the important requirements before visiting the Smart store.

  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Supporting documents (e.g., the SIM pack)
  • Your old SIM card (if it’s just damaged, not lost)

Step 3: Visit a Smart Store
